Outside Vendor August 7th -11th 2012 De Leon Peach & Melon Festival
Booth rental for the week is $100.00, Tue-Sat, for a 20x15 Area. Payment terms are Cash, Cashiers Check or Money Order. Electricity is provided for lights, fans, 110 only. Water is available on the Grounds. Vendors are to provide extension cords, tents, tables and chairs they will need. Vendors must furnish a copy of Sales Tax Information with submitted application. Sales tax payments are the responsibility of the Vendor. All booths areas shall be kept clean, refuse containers and dumpsters are on site. All fees are non-refundable-Even Due to Inclement Weather, unless a cancellation is received by July 23rd ..........The Show goes on. All Vendors must check in in with Grounds Chairman or Festival Office upon arrival. The Festival Committee may at it's Discretion not allow an item it deems inappropriate to be sold on site. Including Fireworks or the use of prohibited substances. Grounds will be open for admittance on Sunday August 5th at 8:00 am. Security will be provided from 9am Sunday August 5th til Sunday 9am August 12th. The gates to the Festival Area will be open during the day, but will be closed to thru traffic at 5pm each night. Payments Must Be received 10 Days Prior to Event!
