Outside Vendor

Weekly spaces are 30 x 15.

Price of booth is for the entire week of the festival - $100.00.

Payment must be cash, cashiers check or money order.

No refund will be made after August 1, 2009.

Grounds will be open for admittance at 8 A.M. Sunday, August 2, 2009.

You must check in with the Grounds Chairman or festival office upon arrival.

The area must be left clean at the end of the week,  dumpsters are provided.

The gates to the festival will be open during the day, but will be closed to through traffic at 5 P.M.

Water will be available on the grounds.

Security will be offered from Sunday, August 2 until 9A.M. Sunday, August 9th. Any merchandise deemed by the Peach & Melon Festival Committee to be offensive or illegal will not be allowed, This includes FIREWORKS.

Copy of your sales tax information is required in the office located at

132 S. Texas

The festival grounds have been annexed into the city of De Leon.

Remember this when you do your sales tax.
