I (we) below named, in consideration of the right to participate, by execution of signature, agree to release and discharge from liability, the DeLeon Peach and Melon Festival, officers, members, agents and representatives and anyone else connected with this organization of any and all known and unknown damages, injuries, losses, judgments and / or claims from any cause before, during and after my participation in this event dated August 4,5,6,7, and 8^th of 2009.
